Shipping & Refund Info
Please allow 3-8 days for all U.S. shipping. A tracking number will be provided for the items ordered when it is shipped.
All international orders will incur a shipping fee reflected upon checkout. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to the lack of control of custom delays. International orders maybe subject to import taxes/duties when arriving in your country and must be paid by the recipient. Sol Oral Care is not responsible for paying any customs or import fees if there are any.

We are committed to helping you achieve a smile that you LOVE. If you have an unopened product and it is in the same condition you received it, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of a return label.
If your product has arrived damaged, defective or is incorrect please attach a picture as proof within 7 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept refunds for any items that have been opened or used.
